Stanley E. Moppin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley E. Moppin of Richmond, Missouri, born in Henrietta, Missouri, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Andy and Mamie Moppin, Sr. (Mershon); his daughter Jamie Markley; and his siblings, George Andy Moppin, Jr., Fred Moppin, Melvin Moppin, Kenny Moppin, Albert Moppin, D. C. Moppin, Martha, JoAnn and Mamie.
He is survived by: his spouse Sandy L. Wright of Richmond; his children, Sam Moppin (Amy) of Lawson, Matt (Cassi) of Liberty and Kelly Rardon (Archie) of Polo; his grandchildren, Adam Moppin (Courtney), Paige Bradley (Robert), Brady Moppin (Lauren), Carl Moppin, Stanley Moppin, Rylen Moppin, Jacey Curtis (Nathan), Baylee Clock (Dustin), Rebekah Sams (Greg), Carey Markley and Kymee Harrison (Bobby); and his sisters, Glenda Viles of Richmond, Eva Bell Wollard (Howard) of Independence and Effie Minyard. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Northern Missouri Royal Rangers.
