He was predeceased by: his siblings, Don Ford, Albert Ford, Nick Ford, Steve Young, Jack Young, Linda Ford and Krista Jones; and his grandchild Ryan Ford.

He is survived by: his wife Lola; his children, Debbie Howerton (Steve) and Steven Ford; his siblings, Vickie, David, Mike and Marty; and his grandchildren, Elisabeth, Derek, Josiah, Clay Howerton, Kaleb Downer, Anna Ford, Vivian Ford and Preston Jones.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to either the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the donor's choice.
