He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Alley and Hazel Alley; and his brother Bob Alley. He is survived by: his significant other Vicki Alley; and his children, Todd Alley (Chris Ann), Lisa Todd I (Hiram) and Alllison Hellyer (Jim).
