He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Rowe and Louise Rowe; his son Jeff Cross (Maria); his brothers, Alan Rowe (Nancy) of Marion and Dennis Rowe (Debbie); and his pet Chapo. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
