He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Thompson and Connie L. Thompson (Heart); and his wife Kimberley J. Proctor of Minneapolis, MN. He is survived by: his daughter Vanessa Ann Thompson of Richmond; his sisters, Cindy Kohler and Lisha Harris; and his pet Hazel.
