He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Edgar of Richmond; his children, Richard Allen Stigall, II (Krista) of Overland Park, KS, Rita Ann Williams of Independence, Nita Sue Dietz (Stuart) of Independence and Stacey Diane King (Douglas) of Lee's Summit; his grandchildren, Mandy Baldwin (Robert), Robin Reary, Melissa Bledsoe (Jacob), Nolan Williams, Ellie Stigall and EmmaRae Carroll (Zachary); his great grandchildren, Lilie Reary, Maura Bell, Lucas Bledsoe, Logan Bledsoe, Lena Bledsoe, Daisy Reary, Parker Baldwin, Alex Baldwin, Abby Baldwin and Griffin Isaac Carroll; and his brother Gary Stigall (Ellen) of Yuma, AZ..
