Orra Smith Slade III Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Orra Smith Slade III (Richmond, Missouri), born in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, who passed away on May 24, 2020 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orra Smith and Lillie May Slade, Jr. (Rowan). He is survived by: his son Johnathan Slade (Tricia) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Jacob and Jonah Slade; his stepchildren, Brian Langford of Mathiston, MS, Sherry Halterman of Mayben, MS and Tammy Edwards (Bruce) of Mayben, MS; his stepgrandchildren, Conner Langford, Brooke Langford, Terasa Harpole, Jessica Skinner, Harlie Edwards and Finlie Edwards; his sisters, Kathy Slade of Richmond, Karen Slade of Richmond and Kimberly Dodson of Richmond; his nephew Justin Dodson; and his cousin John Hayes. He is also survived by four step-great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Knoxville Community Church.
