He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Julie Lynn Messick. He is survived by: his spouse Joe Ann Mansell of Lexington; his son Jeffery Joseph McCullough; his spouse Lynn Farris Carter; his stepchildren, Jamie Hall (Jimmy), Jason, Marcie Carter of Ozark, Jill Hinchey and Kearney; and also, Jeffrey Joseph McCullough and Neal. He is also survived by nine step grandchildren and one step great granddaughter.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Boy Scouts or the Humane Society.
