She is survived by: her mother Vickie Jo Comstock (Shoemaker) of Liberty; her children, Chastity Legate of Richmond and Derek Legate of Richmond; her siblings, Terry Comstock of Papillion, NE and Angela Murray of Chillicothe; and her grandchildren, Madicyn Talbott, Remington Talbott and Kilik Winfrey.
