He is survived by: his mother Tanya "Terry" Johnson; his grandchildren, Knox Anderson Turner, Macy Marie Turner, Blakely James Goolsby and Miles Anthony Goolsby; his brothers, Duke Johnson (Sue) and Scott Johnson (Julia); and his close friend Kathy.
