It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn Joyce Forlow of Richmond, Missouri, who passed away on March 22, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Buford and Mildred Louise Land (Hampton); her sister Pat; and her brother-in-law Ed Borg. She is survived by: her husband Donald Duncan Forlow of Richmond; her children, Lynn Jech (Larry) of Richmond, Lisa Quick (Lonnie) of Richmond and Craig Forlow (Cindy) of Lee's Summit; her grandsons, Brandon Quick (Annie), Nate Quick (Tara) and Zach Forlow (Erin); her great grandchildren, Alayna, Paige, Kennedy, Adia, Avarie, Grayson, Gavin, Zoey and Hunter; and her sister Jackie Harrison (Bobby) of Independence. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Shirkey Golf Course Club House (901 Wollard Blvd, Richmond, MO 64085).
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Shirkey Hospice, Shirkey Nursing and Rehabilitation, or the Ray County Arts Association.
