He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Garland Ray Williams of Wellington and Leila Mae Lusk of Piqua, OH.; his grandparents, Leslie and Selma Williams; his wife Doris; his children, Scott Williams of Windsor, Keith Williams (Sharon) of Windsor, Kevin Williams (Penny) of Windsor, Jeff Shanks (Nancy) of Ozan, AR and Stephanie Minnick (Steve) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Logan, Brook (Chad), Samantha, Johnathan, Austin (Emily), Mason, Kaitlin, Aaron (Amanda), Shelby, Devyn, Tucker and Sean; his great grandchildren, Avery, Taylee, Caine, Weston, Blakely, Wesley and Turner; his siblings-in-law, Sue Williams, Linda Mullikin (Jim) and James Jeffries; his half-brother Steve Williams; and also Patty Allen of Richmond. He was also cherished by parents' home where he met his future wife.
