She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Zucklin and Minnie Myra Zucklin (Sloan); her husband Hugh Nichols; and her siblings, Butch Zucklin, Adolph Zucklin, Jr., Margaret Bellis, Minnie Halterman and Loretta Zucklin.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Nichols (Cindy) of Richmond, Bryon Nichols of Richmond, Kevin Nichols of Richmond, Allen Nichols (Tracy) of Richmond, Donnie Nichols of Richmond, Bill Nichols of Kearney, Pam Lam (Rick) of Hardin, Ann O'Dell (Kenneth) of Hardin and Vickie Taylor (Bill) of Richmond; and her sisters, Carol Stevens of Richmond and Helen Syphert (Franklin) of Polo. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Ray County Veterans.
