He is survived by: his spouse Vicenta Antoranz Herrero of Segovia; his children, Charles Dee Norris of Richmond, Jamie Christopher Norris of Lutz, FL, Jacqueline Francisca Howard (Randal) of San Diego, CA and Maria Antonia Betty Allnut of San Diego, CA; and his grandchildren, AnnaMarie Allnutt, Siena Allnutt, Aaron Allnutt, Courtney Allnutt, Jourdan Howard, Angelica Norris and Hannah Norris.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Ray County Veterans Memorial Park Association.
