He is survived by: his mother Patricia Letellier (Handley) of Lawson; his children, Alex Letellier of Hardin, Ethan Letellier of Hardin, Christopher Letellier of Kansas City, KS, Jackie Osborn (Gary) of Gladstone and Alexis Letellier of Hardin; his grandchildren, Oakley Hubert, Hunter Mays and Ozzie; and his siblings, Charles Dial, Jr. (Andi) of Hardin, Greg Letellier (Susan) of Gladstone, Donald Letellier, Jr. of Topeka, KS, Valarie Letellier of Oklahoma, Donna Hilburn (Doug) of Bates City, Deanna Hufford (Bill) of Orrick and Liza Hampton (Mark) of Lawson.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Jeoy Letellier Memorial Fund.
