He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Winfrey and Neva Winfrey (West). He is survived by: his wife Eva Ilene Burns of Marceline; and his children, Kenton Winfrey of Bucklin, Mike Winfrey (Sandra), Neva Edwards (David), Janet Tollerton (Doug), Shelly Yowell of Kansas City, MO and Yvonne Butler of Marceline. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
