He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howard and Maurine Winders (Jackson); his former wife Roberta Brown (Scoville); his wife Donna DeWitt; his sister Mary Alice Helm; and his son Jerold Richard Winders.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Kay Weber (Ted) of Richmond, Glenda Jeanne Griffing of Richmond, Janette Lee Cefalu (Mario) of Sweet, ID and Kathy Winders of Richmond. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and other extended family members and many friends.
The family respectfully requests that attendees wear masks and social distance.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Polo United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
