He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Franklin and Martha Virginia Manning (Nutter); and his wife Joyce "Diane" Pence of Richmond. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Manning (Angela) of Richmond and Amy Burnine (Chad) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Austin Manning, Alyssa Manning, Isabella Burnine and Brody Burnine; his great grandchild Arbana Lynn; his sister Kay Lawson of Richmond; and his mother-in-law Wilma Pence. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Richmond (306 W Main St, Richmond, MO 64085). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the New Hope Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either the Dockery Baptist Church or St. Jude's Hospital for Children.
