She was predeceased by: her parents, Walkine "Buzz" West and Katherine West (Nelson); her former husband Andrew Alfred Wilkins of Richmond; her children, Ralph Price, Jr., James Price, Frances Delores Wilkins, Kathy Wilkins and Connie Price; and her sisters, Clara Blackburn and Josephine Hannon.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Allen; her grandchildren, Ralph O. Price III (Jennifer), Anthony Price (Jennifer), Terry Price (Doris), Tyra Cahill (Doc), Corey Price (Kim Stevens), Rance Williams, Tim Price, Rajon Price (Kayla Thorne), Angel Gant, James Gant and Jasmine Allen; and her great grandchildren, Kim Kesner, Rashadd Price, Lorenzo Price, Keronique Thurston, Angelica Finnell, Darius Finnell, Josh Price, Ashton Price, Alani Price, Kyra Price, Tyesha Cahill, Talynn Cahill, Rashaan Price, Destani Price, Tysun Price, Lanika Price, Makinzy Kurtz, Jake Gray, Jada Gray, Ashanti Price, Dominic Williams and Donivin Williams. She is also survived by 17 great great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either the Richmond Second Baptist Church or the Eagleton Center.
