With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Lee Ross of Richmond, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on May 2, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee and Mary Ross (Williams) of Virginia; and his former wife Wanda Marie Proffitt of Camden. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dale Murphy of Richmond; his children, Kent Lee Ross (Amie) of Richmond and Joani Ross (Jon Thoreson) of Richmond; his stepdaughter Mary Dodson of Grain Valley; his grandchildren, Jordan Goodman (Aaron), Brooke Ross, Julia Dodson, Carson Dodson and Calista Hinojos; his great grandchildren, Grayson Goodman and Bowen Goodman; and his brother Curtis Ross (Michelle) of Kearney. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandson.
