He was predeceased by: his parents, Burr Case, Jr. and Eva Marie Case (Harper); and his sisters-in-law, Joy Case (Vandivort) and Marsha Allen (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Case (Allen); his children, Michelle Hall (Shannon) and Michael Case (Jenni); his brother Larry Case; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Hunter, Harrison, Holly Hall, Grady, Baron and Cassidy Case. He is also survived by his family and friends.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either H.E.L.P. Services of Carroll County or the KU Endowment Cancer Research.
