He was predeceased by: his father Richard T. Milligan; and his stepfather Raymond Woods. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Jean Milligan (Hawkins) of Braymer; his sisters, Vicki O'Dell (Mike) of Braymer, Sherry Geisinger (Mark) of Belton and Tammy Blacklock of Edgewood, TX; and his stepsister Julie Woods of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces; several great-nephews and great-nieces; and a whole lot of friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Bethany Church of the Brethren.
