He was predeceased by: his stepfather C. W. Eastabrooks. He is survived by: his parents, David Floyd and Maxine Yates (Eastabrooks); his children, David Eugene Yates of Richmond and Trista Dawn Yates of Richmond; his siblings, Royce Eastabrooks, Chad Eastabrooks of Richmond, Robert Yates of Surprise, AZ, Brian Eastabrooks of Odessa, MO and Connie Frost of Excelsior Springs; and his grandson Ayden Yates.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the David Dale Yates Memorial Fund.
