He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Outersky and Eula Outersky (Lee); his daughter Anita Fay Hall; and his brothers, Joe Wallace Outersky and Maurice Wayne Outersky.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Outersky (Sheila Kennedy) of Richmond and Sandra Williams (John) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Misti Holloway (Jeremy), Marcie Outersky, Robert Williams (Carleigh), Stephanie Boguskie (Jeff) and Katrina Manning (Mike); and his great grandchildren, Maddox Holloway, Kiley Gaulden, Autumn Stevens, Lynlee Stevens, Parker Williams, Jocie Williams, Walker Williams, Kameryn Williams, Isabella Smith, Brady Boguskie, Paxton Hall-Manning and Maverick Manning.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thurman Funeral Home (507 E Main St, Richmond, MO 64085). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at the Richmond Memory Gardens (1403 E Main St, Richmond, MO 64085).
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either the Rayville Christian Union Church or Shirkey Hospice.
