He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Phillip and Iva Loraine Rugg (Frazier); and his sister Sondra Gauthier. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Shroyer of Lexington; his children, David Rugg (Beth) of Richmond and Chris Ann Charlson (David Fiacco) of Liberty; his grandchildren, Tyler, Morgan, MaryAnn, Lizabeth and Logan; and his half-sister Diana Kuehling of Oak Grove. He is also survived by his family and friends.
