Carl Allen Rowan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2021, at the age of 82, Carl Allen Rowan of Richmond, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Lester and Zella Rowan (Travillion); his wife Myrna L. Rowan of Richmond; his siblings, Paul Rowan, Robert "Bob" Rowan and Mary Brubeck; and his brother-in-law Charlie Simmons.

He is survived by: his sons, Robert Rowan (Nancy) of Knoxville and Roger Rowan of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Daniel "Danny" Rowan (Jamie), Jeff Rowan (Megan), Megan Rives (Josh) and Kaitlyn Rowan; his great grandchildren, Noah Rowan, Jack Rowan, Adilyn Rives and Colin Rives; his siblings, Calvin Rowan of Knoxville and Rose Rader (Burrill) of Yorkville, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Esther Simmons of Richmond, Mary Ann Rowan of Richmond and Sue Rowan of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either the Kincaid Cemetery or the donor's choice.
