He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Irene Rash of Richmond; and his grandson David Martin Noltensmeyer. He is survived by: his daughters, Dianna Noltensmeyer (David) of Lexington, Melissa O'Donnell (Marty) of Richmond and Lisa Currier (Michael) of Pukalani; and his grandchildren, Autumn Fisk and Jonathan Currier.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
