He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rice and Marian Bernice MacDonald (Hosman); his stepfather Steve Super; his sister Mary Suzanne Turner; and his brother-in-law Carl Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie J. Estes of Richmond; his children, Christopher Paul MacDonald (Evelyn) of Mesa, AZ, Matthew Alan MacDonald (Jessica) of Lake Jackson, TX and Catie Tweedie (Ty) of Kansas City; his brothers, Angus Joseph MacDonald (Sylvia) of Leavenworth, KS and Glenn Charles MacDonald (Guinde) of Choctaw, OK; and his grandchildren, Abigail Marie MacDonald and Jacob Christopher MacDonald. He is also survived by several aunts and many cousins.
Family suggests memorial contributions to be made to the United Methodist Church of Richmond.
