He is survived by: his parents, Michael Waters and Colette Waters of Olathe, KS; his grandparents, Tom Waters, Karla Waters of Orrick, Alan Battagler and Lorie Battagler of Orrick; and his great-grandparents, Linda Waters of Orrick, Burleigh Wheeler, Doris Wheeler of Osceola, Raymond Allen and Sherry Allen of Richmond.
