She was predeceased by: her parents, Theresa Peck (Buehler) and William Peck; and her husband Jean Stuart Houk. She is survived by: her daughters, Belinda Lee, Carrie Houk (David Wilson) and Zoe Robinson (Dean Pidgeon); her grandchildren, Katherine Collier (Ted Collier), Thomas Lee, John Lee (Ingrid Lee), Dakota Minervini (Ronnie Minervini), Spencer Robinson and Eli Robinson; and her great grandchildren, Nadia Collier, Daniel Lee, Herman Lee and Samuel Lee.
In lieu of flowers donations in Billie's memory may be made to the St. Louis Society for the Blind.
