He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bax Sr. and Bonnie Bax (Bilyeu); and his siblings, Leroy Brockes and Karen McPeak. He is survived by: his wife Mary Bax; and his siblings, Patsy Visser of Tuscumbia, Leon Moore of Moscow Mills, Harold Brockes of St. Thomas, Kathy Lepper of Eldon, Pam Bax of Eldon, Joe Bax of Swedeborg, Denise York of Crocker and Arlene Ghumm of Waynesville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephew, family and friends.
