He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Arnall, Jr. and Helen Marie Lockhart Arnall; and his siblings, Georgena Todd, William F. "Red" Arnall III and Thomas Arnall.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Plakorus (Martin) of Ft. Morgan, CO, Julia Burgess (Christopher) of Lebanon, MO and Wayne Arnall; and his grandchildren, Talima Zimmerman, Danika and Dominic Burgess. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
