He is survived by: his former wife Betty Hasty; his wife Norma Myers; his son Wendell Clay (Tracy) of Richland, MO; his stepchildren, Bruce Pruitt (Krista) of Arlington, TX and Brenda Parker (Kirk) of Lebanon, MO; his grandson Cody Clay (Heidi); his great grandchildren, Harper, Hadlee and Camden; his grandson Ethan Clay (Olivia); his great grandchildren, Caleb and Jordan Nowell (Kyle); and also, Katherine Betty, Oliver, Crosbee, Isabelle Pruitt, Kalli Pruitt, Kody Parker (Amanda), Maisy and Katellyn Parker.
