He is survived by: his parents, Dennis E. Shrout and Gretchen Shrout (McNulty) of Cuba; his sister Sonya Sue (Richard McNail, Jr.) of Cuba; and his niece Taylor McNail of Cuba. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
