He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ball Burgess and Geraldine Louise Steil Burgess; his sisters, Mary Ann Green (Don) and Peggy Mahaffey (Jim); and his sister-in-law Shirley Luallen.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Zane Burgess, Kendall Burgess Losensky (Paul), Kimberly Ticknor, Merik Burgess and Alli Kate Aikens; his great grandchildren, Aryeh, Louise, Albert and Harriet Losensky; his brother-in-law Bob Luallen of Lancaster; and his nieces and nephews, Annette Luallen Magill (Steve), Mahaffey and Green.
