He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hickey and Wilma Polly Hickey; his stepfather Clark Pemberton; and his son-in-law Rodger Sloan. He is survived by: his spouse Shelby Jean Wagner; his daughters, Deborah Huber of Richland, MO and Teresa Sloan of Richland, MO; his grandchildren, Selena Marie Montoya, Heather Jeannicole Hayes and Adam Nathaniel Huber; his great grandchildren, Kirstyn Jeanne and Wyatt James; his sister Catherine "Nell" Monk of Centerton, Ark.; and his half-sister Carolyn Tarwater.
