He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester F. Rainey and Neoma Rainey; his wife Sylvia Sue Rainey (Evans); his grandson Brian Rainey; and his sisters, Katherine Justice and Deloris McBride.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Rainey of Fordland, MO, Cindy Kaderly of Elkland, MO and Victor Rainey (Lisa) of Richland, MO; his grandchildren, Kendra McMillion (Ryan), Marcus Rainey, Roy Cheston Kaderly (Sara), Travis Rainey (Tiara), Mandy Riddle (Justin), John Kaderly, Sylvia, Masyn, Lexi, Brendan, Kaden, Emmalyn, Reiss, Makenna, Wade, Waylon, Liam, Grace, Charlestyn, Bowen, Callum and McCoy; his sisters, Gladys Cooper of Kansas City, MO and Betty Schweitzer (Denver); his sisters-in-law, Peggy Burns of Lebanon, MO and Betty Butler of Rayton, MO; and also Chester. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Hospice Compassus in memory of Chester.
