We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2023, at the age of 84, Joe Edward Winter of Richards, Missouri, born in Deerfield, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl P. Winter and Dana M. Winter (Clark); and his son Jack Winter. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Joe Lee Winter and Glenda Wolf (Ron); his granddaughters, Casey Fogle (John), Amanda Ast (Kerry) and Natalie Kitsmiller (J. T.); his great grandchildren, Michael Fogle, Annabelle Ast, Keeton Ast, Lucas Kitsmiller and Colt Kitsmiller; and his siblings, Patty Brannon (Rob) of Salinas, CA, Evelyn Winter-Blevins of Aurora, MO and Sam Winter (Sandy) of Summerville, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
