He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Michael (Kimberly), Lance (Lenora) and Brad (Della); his siblings, Gerald (Evelyn), Leland (Mary Lou) and Gloria Koehn of Moundridge, KS; and his sister-in-law Carrol Dirks of Rich Hill, MO.. He is also survived by seven grandsons, two granddaughters and five great-grandchildren.
