Grotewiel of Rhineland, Missouri, born in Washington, Missouri, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Grotewiel and Dolores Grotewiel (Eldringhoff). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Grotewiel (Pohlmann) of Rhineland, Missouri; his children, Lauren Salzman (Clinton) of Hermann, Missouri and Evan Grotewiel (Natalie) of Hermann; his grandchildren, Ryder, Sonny, Johanna Salzman, Mae and Otto Grotewiel; his siblings, Steve Grotewiel (Joni) of Rhineland, Missouri, Bryan Grotewiel of Rhineland, Missouri and Annette Berkley (Tom Kovacs) of Columbia; and his mother-in-law Edna Mae Pohlmann of Swiss. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to St. George School or Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows, Starkenburg.
