He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Leo and Garnet Tripp (Chancellor). He is survived by: his wife Karen Elder; his pet Buck; his children, Cristy Tripp (Tracy Broeker) of Quincy, IL, Amy Tripp Cardona (Jorge) of Austin, TX, Brian Tripp of Kahoka and Alicia Tripp of Tiffin, IA; his siblings, Mike Tripp (Debbie) of Elmer, Kevin Tripp (Kathy) of St. Patrick, Dana Tripp (Andrea Sturm) of Luray, Peggy Perry (David) of Kahoka and Becky Bertschi (Chris) of Kahoka; and his grandsons, Kasen Malone and Johnny Pigsley.
