She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Edward Hayes Sr. and Hazel Madeline Hayes; her husband Walter Carl Dunlap; her siblings, Leo Edward Hayes Jr., Curtis Laverne Hayes and Deborah Rochelle Hayes; and her son-in-law Kevin Donald Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Serena Dunlap, Lisa Dianne Dunlap of Boston, MA and Carla Dawn Dunlap of Revere, MO; her grandsons, Shaun Michael Dunlap (Rachel) of Revere, MO and Patrick Shae Roberts; her great grandchildren, Shaun Walter Dunlap and Samantha Ann Dunlap of Revere, MO.; her sister Darlene "Dee" Lillard (Reed) of Richmond, MO; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Clem of Kahoka, Rose Hayes of Fisk, MO and Everette Dunlap (Paula) of Plymouth, IL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and caring friends.
