It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elwell of Revere, Missouri, born in Columbia, Missouri, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Price and Grace Garland Cook (Christy); her stepfather Leonard Johnson; her parents-in-law, Frank and Effie Elwell; and her brothers, Jack (Jane) and Richard Cook (Marie Sawyer).

She is survived by: her grandson Stanley; her children, Ruth Stowe (Gary) of Palmyra and Stanley Elwell (Barb) of Revere Missouri; her grandsons, Brian Elwell (Lesley) of Overland Park, Rob Elwell (Jennifer) of Melbourne, Bill Elwell of Germantown Hills and Wesley Swank (Freda McGee) of Lenoir; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Isabella, Arianna, Benjamin, Addison and Andrew. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She delighted in organizing and performing for these much-anticipated charity fundraising events.
