He is survived by: his close friend Debra Harrison; his children, Josh Pennock of Burlington, IA., Heather Madsen (Tracy) of Donnellson, IA. and Chelsea Stevens (Josh) of Burlington, IA.; his brothers, Chris Jarvis of Iowa City, IA. and Mike Jarvis (Lori) of Franklin, IA.; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Jayden, Gavin, Henry, Nicholas and Harrison.
