He is survived by: his former wife Bonita Lucas (Suzie); his children, Chad Clark of Blue Springs, MO and Kelly Darling (Patrick) of Grain Valley, MO.; his grandchildren, Morgan Darling and Bradley Darling of Grain Valley, MO; his brothers, David Clark (Donna) and Mike Clark (Barb) of Kahoka, MO; and his half-siblings, Nathan Clark (Denise) of Kirksville, MO, Kevin Clark and Carol Kephart (Rob) of Donnellson, IA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Dale are suggested to the Humane Society of Missouri.
