He is survived by: his parents, Tim Mefford (Gina) of Williamstown, KY and Debbie Woods (Bobby) of Georgetown, KY; his wife Amy Lynn Mefford of Republic, MO; his daughter Breklynn Mefford of Republic, MO; his stepson Bowen Seehorn; his sister Tara Hanson (Eric) of Corinth, KY; his grandparents, Tom Mefford (late Reva Dell) of Nicholasville, KY and Reva Myers (late Jim) of Corinth, KY; and his stepbrothers, Shane Woods, Connor Woods, Nicholas Switzer (Maria) and Zachary Switzer.
