He was predeceased by: his brother Mike Goddard (Kenneth Michael); and his cousin Junior Goddard (Walter). He is survived by: his sons, John of Columbia and James of Phoenix; his wife Mary; his sister-in-law Mary Catherine Goddard; and his cousins, Wayne, Minnie, David Hardt, Kevin Goddard, Greg Goddard and Carol.
