With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vivian Marie Lewis (Republic, Missouri), who passed away on February 25, 2018 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Bill Frazier. She is survived by: her parent Julia Frazier; her grandfather John Teide; her spouse Charles Edward Lewis; her children, Jim and Mike Day; and her son-in-law Jan Day. She is also survived by two grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter, 4 nephews, 1 niece, cousins, other family members, cherished friends.
