It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil L Marcrum of Republic, Missouri, born in Morrilton, Arkansas, who passed away on August 25, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marcrum and Dessie Marcrum; and his siblings, Florene Ballew, Cloteen Martin and Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his daughters, Elizabeth Dary (Jeff), Christy Scott and Cathy Marcrum (Chris); his son-in-law Bryan Scott; his grandchildren, Greyson, Bradyn, Gavin Scott and Sarah Shelton (Rob); his great grandchildren, Landon and Hayden Shelton; and his sister Loretta Parker (Howard). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Missouri Department of Conservation or to a charity of your choice in Virgil's name.
