She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gardner and Nora Gardner (Sullwold); her husband Lloyd Sublett; her son Jackie Forrester; and her siblings, Don Gardner, Nellie Wishon and Juanita Quinn.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Forrester, Vickie Seitz (Rex) and Johnny Forrester (Denice). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 3 great greatgrandchildren as well as nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
